Lovit White is the Facility Director at Suntree in Melbourne, FL and serves on the Trinity Fitness Leadership Team as the Growth Coach for new gyms. His career highlights include collegiate athlete, Army Veteran, and commercial real estate management. He is a certified Combat Life Saver, OSHA, Adaptive Fitness Trainer, and Trinity Fitness Trainer.
He is married to his best friend and amazing wife of 15 years and has 3 wonderful children. He loves helping others with physical fitness and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

I am a Florida Native, born and raised. Been around the world and back again. I am a child of God! I have been in fitness and coaching athletes most of my life, competing in multiple sports through high school and wrestling in college. Prior to Trinity Fitness, I was enlisted in the US Army for 10 years before I went into the professional business world for 14 years. I began as a warrior with Trinity Fitness in 2014 received my trainer certification in 2015 and in 2016 left the corporate industry and joined Trinity Fitness Ministries full-time. I really enjoy serving and adding value to the people I meet each and every day. Faith, Family, and Friends are my cornerstones.
